Services
The monks invite you to join them in their prayer: all are welcome to attend the services. You may choose simply to visit the church, to pray and light candles, and take this opportunity to meet a Father of the community. You will be able to collect your thoughts and pray in peacefulness.

Our Liturgy
Remember that the offices of the Church are the centre of the monks’ life. Be sensitive to what is happening and listen with an open heart.
The chanting of Psalms is one of the most important part of the monastic offices. When we chant the words of the psalmist, these words become our words; the psalmist’s feelings, our feelings; and his prayer, our prayer. This is why in our hermitage — like in many hermitic communities — Psalms are chanted very slowly. A slow rhythm is more conductive of contemplative prayer and helps to foster silence in daily life.
You will notice that our services are simple. For people from outside, our services may seem dry and monotonous. This soberness is necessary: it helps us to concentrate on the prayer.
